Mary Jo
Mary Jo Wilson is the owner and working cosmetologist of Visible Changes Salon. She has been a hair designer and colorist for over 30 years. She practices continuing education and specializes in makeovers. When creating a new look, she takes into consideration the shape, hair texture, skin tone, body shape, and lifestyle.
After a thorough consultation, she will sculpture a new custom haircut and dimensional color specifically suited for you. She has been trained as a Nioxin educator specializing in fine and thinning hair. "I love my career and adore my clients; I can't imagine doing anything else. I look forward to working with you to create just the right look. You will leave my salon feeling revitalized and looking fantastic!"
Ruth
Ruth Shefchek has over 24 years of experience in the industry, is a native of the Pacific Northwest, and is familiar with all of the latest trends. She has excellent customer service and her clients really enjoy the time they spend with her in the salon.
Ruth has the ability to listen to her clients and create the perfect custom style and color for her guests. She looks forward to creating a special look just for you.
Jackie
Jackie is a third generation hair stylist who grew up at Visible Changes. After deciding to follow in her mother's (Mary Jo Wilson) footsteps, Jackie attended McGee Brothers' Manning Academy and graduated at the top of her class.
Today she has been a master at her craft for over 10 years. She loves continuing her education with color technique classes as well as men’s and women’s cutting classes.
During her time at Visible Changes Hair Salon, Jackie has created many close relationships with clients ensuring each visit is a wonderful experience. Jackie also welcomes new guests at any time

Kelly
Kelly began her training as a hairstylist while she was still in high school.She attended Cascadia Technical Academy and did her internship right here at Visible Changes salon. She enjoys building custom haircuts and colors for each individual guest. She also loves the creativity of balayage services. Her professional hair color line is Lanza Healing Color. She is looking forward to working with you to create that perfect cut and color!
